Bluestone 6A3 and 6A1 were two subdivisions which were completed at the same time as part of a single contract for PEET in Mount Barker. The subdivisions started in October with a tight timeframe of competition before end of March. In total the two subdivisions had 68 blocks spread across the two stages. T & J Constructions completed the earthworks, sewer, stormwater, road pavements, concrete, common service trench with electrical, gas, comms, hotmix and large box culvert with rock works.
