Located on the prominent 3.6-hectare site of the former Le Cornu furniture store at 10 Anzac Highway, the project is a joint venture between Renewal SA and a consortium including Peet Limited, Buildtec, and the Commercial Retail Group (owners of Adelaide’s Finest Supermarkets).
