DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT

The Ingle Farm Shopping Centre western car park area was reduced to accommodate a new McDonald’s and Zambreros. The installation of new CST, sanitary drainage, stormwater, watermain and NBN was completed to service both tenancies. The new McDonald’s area was stripped, and the rubble base was prepared and left for construction of the new building. The Zambreros site was also stripped with extensive works completed, including kerbing, footpath and a new car park.

PROJECT CHALLENGES

  • Vast array of existing underground services including high voltage electrical, gas mains, NBN cables that served the shopping centre, watermain (new and redundant) as well as other live and redundant services.
