DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT

Stage 3BC of the Peachey Belt Urban Renewal Project was a Brownfields Subdivision involving the installation of new roads and services in an existing urban area. Fill from the existing stockpiles was imported and used in the bulk earthworks to build up the block pads to design surface levels. Multiple management schemes were devised to control aspects such as soil erosion, drainage, traffic, and vegetation removal.
